Staplehurst Monarchs have confirmed their full pre-season fixture list ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, featuring a historic first European friendly!

Newly appointed first team manager Ian Docker, alongside assistant manager James Delaney, will oversee a summer schedule designed to test and prepare both the senior and U23 squads.

5/07 – Cuxton 91 (A) – 15:00
8/07 – Bexhill United (H) – 19:30
12/07 – Hollington United (A, U23) – 15:00
19/07 – Borden Village (H) – 15:00
21/07 – Trust FC, Belgium (H) – 19:30
23/07 – Little Common (H) – 19:30
26/07 – Farnborough (A, U23) – 15:00
2/08 – Aylesford (H) – 15:00

First-Ever European Opposition
A standout fixture in this year’s schedule sees the Monarchs welcome Trust FC from Belgium to Jubilee Sports Ground on Monday 21 July. This will be the club’s first-ever international friendly – a historic moment in the development of Staplehurst Monarchs.

U23 Fixtures
The Monarchs U23 side will also feature in two fixtures this summer:

12 July vs Hollington United (A)

26 July vs Farnborough (A)

These matches offer valuable experience and a platform for young talent to impress ahead of the new season.

Supporters attending home fixtures this summer can expect a welcoming environment and essential matchday services:

  • Limited free parking available
  • Entry prices: Half-price admission for all first team pre-season games, and £1 for U23 home matches
  • Dogs on leads welcome
  • Hot and cold food and drinks will be available on site
  • Gates open one hour before kick-off
