As part of the ongoing agreement between Staplehurst Monarchs United and Next Level Football, our players will continue to receive regular opportunities to showcase their talent against professional club opposition — giving young footballers valuable high-level experience in a professional environment.

The showcase fixture at Crystal Palace was another brilliant experience for the players, who represented the club superbly both on and off the pitch. Opportunities like these are a key part of the pathway being created through the partnership, helping players test themselves against academy-level opposition while continuing their development.

The programme includes:

Scout attendance at selected sessions
Sessions for all ages and abilities
Elite development opportunities
Mini Monarchs sessions for younger players

Training currently takes place across Staplehurst and Maidstone, with:

• Saturday Mini Monarchs sessions (ages 4–7)
• Monday sessions for all ages and levels
• Tuesday Elite Nights
